worst appraisor ever used would not recommend

was not satisfied with mr. carter poor appraisor compared to my others in past have had three others done third was done three years ago she said with recent work and new property bought value had improved by agood bit i didnt pick him wished ihad said something and picked my own. mr. carter was the worst appraisor i have ever used. i recommend mrs. williams in opp al or mr. rhoades in florala al .the appraisors in your area know whats what in your area compared to someone outside.
